How to order an item?
Step 1:  - Browse the site and find what you want to buy – you can search by keyword, category or ISBN if you are unsure where to look. To put the items in your basket, click Add to basket. This doesn’t commit you to buying anything – you can always take things out of your basket later, or if you wish to change the quantities of items ordered, enter how many of each item you would like and click update basket.  If you wish to continue browsing click continue shopping

Step 2:  - Once you’ve finished shopping, click My basket in the top right-hand corner which will show you everything you’ve added to your basket.  If you wish, you can still change or delete items in your basket before going to the Checkout.

If you’ve already registered with us, simply log in, entering your email address and password. If you’re a new customer, please set up an account.  We will only ask for your name, email address and a password. This will help to make future orders quicker and easier for you.

Step 3:  - At the Checkout, we ask for a delivery address and payment method. This information will be encrypted to keep it secure.  We will then process your payment to complete your order.

    Step 4:  - We send you an order confirmation email showing:

§  what you’ve ordered 

§  how much it costs

§  any delivery charges

Is the website safe and secure?

Ordering online with Liverpool Cathedral is highly secure.  All information given to us is encrypted for your peace of mind. If you have any concerns please feel free to call us on 0151 702 7255 (9am-5.30pm Monday-Saturday). 

 

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

 

 

We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, American Express, Maestro, Diners Club, Solo, Switch, Mastercard, Delta and Visa Electron.


How will I know that you have my order?

After you have proceeded through the payment screens we will send you an order confirmation email showing:

§  what you’ve ordered

§  how much it costs

§  any delivery charges

 
All deliveries are made using standard delivery service through Royal Mail. Delivery charges are made based on the number of items purchased (with the exception of ticket sales which incur a £1.00 charge per transaction).
 
Delivery charges are from; £2.50 (UK deliveries), £3.50 (European Deliveries), £4.50 (America & the Rest of the World) for single items.
 
Please note, if you are ordering for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Such taxes will be payable when the goods reach their destination. The liability for payment of such custom duties rests solely with you the buyer.  Liverpool Cathedral accepts no liability for or has any control over these charges.
 
 
We aim to dispatch all goods so that you will receive them within 5 working days of receipt of your order. However, some items can take longer to arrive, particularly those that are fragile or bulky. Please note delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed.
 
 
If you receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately either by telephone or via email.

If your purchase does not arrive damaged but you are not satisfied with it for whatever reason, you may cancel your order provided we receive written notice of your cancellation and goods are returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.

This does not affect your statutory right to a 7-day cooling off period starting from the date of receiving the goods. Please securely package and return the relevant item to the address given in contact us. We recommend the goods be returned by recorded delivery to ensure secure delivery.

We will not be held responsible for any costs incurred in the returning of goods unless they are faulty or delivered in error.

On receipt of notice of your cancellation we will refund the cost of the goods together with the normal delivery charge. We will provide the refund within 30 days from the receipt of notice of cancellation.

 
 
 
The objective of Liverpool Cathedral Shop is to promote and provide customers with Christian books, music and associated products, to promote Liverpool and to provide appropriate and relevant merchandise and information.

Although every effort is made to ensure that products are available, all offers are subject to availability. Prices are correct at the time of display but may change at the discretion of Liverpool Cathedral. All prices include VAT, where applicable.
