White Skyline Ceramic Superlambanana

This is a glossy white scale model of Liverpool’s iconic Superlambanana, with a beautifully illustrated skyline image spread across one side. The original sculptures by Japanese artist Taro Chiezo stand proudly at various locations around the city.

Superlambananas captured the creativity, humour and excitement that swept over the city when Superlambananas took over Liverpool in the summer of 2008 for the Capital of Culture and since have remained a cultural icon of Liverpool’s creative streetscape
